Tomorrow is the 6th annual homeschooling mom’s retreat in Central Illinois and I have been baking some goodies to take along to add to the yummy chocolaty deliciousness of the 6th annual dessert table. Here is a new one that I am certain will become a family favorite.
12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. package butterscotch chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
16 oz. package mini marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Spanish peanuts
2 c. crispy rice cereal
Melt first three ingredients over low heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and spread in a 13 X 9 pan. Press down firmly. Chill until set and cut into small squares. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
