I wonder how many other moms are looking for a quick and easy recipe to use up Sunday’s leftover ham! Here is something delicious and simple to make. I like to serve this with a garden salad tossed with the leftover peas from Sunday, too!
One 2# bag of hash browns, partially thawed
2 cans Cheddar Cheese soup, undiluted
1 can evaporated milk
1 can French-fried onion rings
3 cups diced ham
Hearty dash of garlic powder
Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
In large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour in 9 X 13 pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees in oven until browned and bubbly, about 45 to 60 minutes. This can also be mixed and poured into crock pot and cooked on low for 3 to 4 hours.
